Prefabricated Concrete Transformer Substations
EVA Concrete Transformer Substations are manufactured with maximum dimensions of 2.5m x 7.5m and height as a 3.55m. When the distribution or transformer centers are larger than the aforementioned dimensions, then the Prefabricated Concrete Substations shall be used. For example, the maximum number of Switchgears 36 kV incoming / outgoing Circuit Breaker type that could be installed inside the Concrete Transformer Substations of 7.5m length is 7 cells. When the requirements of the incomings and outgoings will be more than 7 cells then a Prefabricated Concrete Transformer Substations are suitable for this purpose. Prefabricated Concrete Transformer Substations are ready-mixed concrete manufactured in accordance with C 35 class and TS EN 206-1 standards, while, the ribbed steel reinforcements are produced in accordance with TS 708 standards. For the foundation layout, a solid and durable structure is created with special locks between the side walls and the roof and when necessary it can be disassembled and reinstalled in another place. In addition, the thickness of the doors and ventilations of these substations are 2mm and made of galvanized sheet metal painted with electrostatic powder paint. EVA Prefabricated Concrete Substations are compatible with the environment due to its aesthetic design, painting flexibility and its earthquake resistance which is documented by the earthquake simulation and static calculations.
